“Did I save? What was I working on in Photoshop? Oh, it’s just an image of a crash window.”, said Eric’s inner Woody Allen upon seeing the comic.

I sound like a broken record, but add more RAM! I never have Photoshop crashes anymore.

    Haha, how true!

I’m also envisioning a scene where Brad spends hours crashing PS trying to open another designer’s mammoth file, only to find that there are 35897245980 missing fonts and all the layers are empty folders titled ‘Group’.

I had the same error for several months, and I was afraid of update it because I pirated it! O:
But I risked, and once updated to v11.0.1, not anymore!

    Try it! raspberry

Am I the only one that tried to click “Report…” when I first opened this page?

@Luke, definitely clicked. Great comic Brad. Just found it the other day on the “Mayor of Lenscrafters” post. I’ll be reading everyday.

HA! This could be Fireworks CS4 too. You need a “Photoshop is going to give you the beachball for 20+ minutes” comic too.

Ever since Ps CS4, the only time Ps ever crashes [in Windows] is when I have really complex 3D renders in ray tracing mode, and part of a video.

I’m wondering if you could get away with adding an imagemap and some javascript to the comic…

    3 times today.

The Brads is amazing and I read every week.  Keep up the great work! Its exactly what I go through week to week!

@George Now if the new MacPros would come out I’d be happy to get a RAM upgrade.

Great comic strip! Every time I close Photoshop CS3, I get the same error message after it closes. You hit it right on the head…it’s what I expect to happen every time I use it!

Wow, you mean PC has something better than Mac?!  I can count on one hand how many times in ten years Photoshop has crashed on me.  Course, my next computer is STILL going to be a Mac…
