May 5, 2010 at 2:37 amHa! I write my diplomatic emails between one and two hours after reading them, so I figure out the nice things to say while I’m microwaving lunch or something. Then when I get back to the computer I find out how horrible the things I had to say are and delete delete delete anyway.

I empathize with others here. It’s hard for me to write an email in under 30 minutes these days. Unless, of course, it’s in response to RFPs that are looking to 1. Start an online clothing store and 2. Have a budget of $500, but are willing to let you own a portion of their company if you take on the job.

June 9, 2010 at 11:14 pmHa ha ha! Yes! Only my first responses are not as nice as your first ones were in the comic. Sometimes i write back the crazy vent email first - on purpose - just to let it out then, delete delete. I laughed even harder when I read Felis’s comment. So true… WHY do clients not just go with what we say they should! geeze. It will save them money in the long run because we sort it out quicker. Instead its a constant email sell. O well!

June 15, 2011 at 12:03 pmThis guy is writing email like me. Write first then delete, delete, delete. Wastage of so much time and energy. The other one was so nice to give the right solution. The faster we write, the less we have to think about it but could not follow this rule. I know its true and it works but I am helpless. I need lot of time to write each single mails. What should I do now.
